A: Some dogs just don't listen, but in most cases they need more exercise. Dogs need a lot of exercise or they will get bored. If dogs get bored then they will tear up things just to get your attention or to just play.
Example: When we don't get my dog enough exercise then she will not obey. She will bark at every little noise and she will not listen.
When we do give her enough exercise she will obey and will not bark anymore.
